Why we started REKATI
We are tech workers in Greater Jakarta. We started REKATI because we wanted a place for friendship: to share experience, widen our knowledge and find career opportunities together, not alone.
This industry moves fast. Learning something new, looking for the next job, or understanding your own contract all feel much heavier when you do them by yourself.
REKATI is just starting. There are no regular events yet and no finished programme. We are looking for the first Kawan who want to help shape it: which topics you want to learn, which kind of event you would come to.
Because no one should have to face working life alone.

What is the first gathering like?
